Dave and Gena Levy: Dave and Gena met while attending culinary school in Baltimore, Maryland and the rest is history. Working in top level restaurants for many years the Levy's bought the locally famous Bay Country Bakery in 1999 bringing their own flare and creativity to a local favorite. Both David and Gena generate their baking inspiration from time spent with family baking and cooking in their grandmothers kitchen. Ask them what their favorite family recipe is! 

 

Bay Country Bakery has been the Chesapeake region's top choice for pastries, cakes and other baked goods for more than 45 years. David & Gena Levy purchased the well known bakery in 1999 and haven't looked back, substantially expanding the business in 2009 with a new larger location and expanded breakfast and lunch service.  

Bay Country Bakery's wedding and specialty cakes have been recognized  as a "Top Pick"

by The Knot for their 2010 and 2013 Best of Weddings awards.
